Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of products.
• Oversee inventory control procedures and stock reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with supply chain and transportation teams to optimize operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to achieve operational objectives.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate warehouse documentation.
• Ensure adherence to cold storage handling requirements where applicable.
• Manage warehouse resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• FMCG industry experience is mandatory.
• Previous cold storage experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management principles.
• Experience with inventory control and stock management processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
