    Job Summary

    • Conducts fact-finding interviews and investigations. Gather information and prepare documentation associated with employee relations issues. Work with managers to prepare appropriate progressive discipline documentation.
    • Participate in framing the scope of employee experience.
    • Explore employee journey & employee Personas.
    • Delivering new comers orientation as per the onboarding process.
    • Develop employee engagement & culture development initiatives and deploy it.
    • Participate in managing employee relations.
    • Conducts fact-finding interviews and investigations. Gather information and prepare documentation associated with employee relations issues.
    • Works with managers to prepare appropriate progressive discipline documentation.
    • Develops recommendations per policy regarding disciplinary actions.
    • Drafts disciplinary and adverse actions, including letters of counseling, proposed performance improvement plan (PIP), and termination letters.
    • Recommends solution to conflicts (Arbitration).
    • Prepares material and conducts training for supervisory personnel on matters pertaining to disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, counseling techniques and effective documentation
    • Maintains records and files to support employee relations reporting and records requirement. Conducts historical review of employee files and ER disciplinary tracker.
