Job Summary
- Conducts fact-finding interviews and investigations. Gather information and prepare documentation associated with employee relations issues. Work with managers to prepare appropriate progressive discipline documentation.
- Participate in framing the scope of employee experience.
- Explore employee journey & employee Personas.
- Delivering new comers orientation as per the onboarding process.
- Develop employee engagement & culture development initiatives and deploy it.
- Participate in managing employee relations.
- Conducts fact-finding interviews and investigations. Gather information and prepare documentation associated with employee relations issues.
- Works with managers to prepare appropriate progressive discipline documentation.
- Develops recommendations per policy regarding disciplinary actions.
- Drafts disciplinary and adverse actions, including letters of counseling, proposed performance improvement plan (PIP), and termination letters.
- Recommends solution to conflicts (Arbitration).
- Prepares material and conducts training for supervisory personnel on matters pertaining to disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, counseling techniques and effective documentation
- Maintains records and files to support employee relations reporting and records requirement. Conducts historical review of employee files and ER disciplinary tracker.
