CBS Creative British School – Abu Dhabi is inviting applications from passionate and qualified educators to join its academic team from August 2026. Located in Mussafah, the school currently has four openings for dedicated professionals ready to make a meaningful impact on student learning and development within a structured British curriculum environment.
Available Positions:
- English Teacher
- Islamic Teacher (for Arab and non-Arab students)
- School Librarian
- Business & Accountancy Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Each opening calls for a candidate who brings not only strong subject knowledge, but also a genuine enthusiasm for education, effective classroom management, and the interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with the British curriculum and student learning objectives.
- Support individual student progress through formative and summative assessments, and provide targeted academic guidance where needed.
- Create and maintain a stimulating, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum planning, school events, and professional development activities.
- Monitor student wellbeing and academic performance and communicate progress to parents and management effectively.
- For the Librarian role: curate, manage, and promote library resources; assist students and teachers in accessing materials to support learning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching or relevant professional experience in the applicable field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education plus a Bachelor’s in the relevant subject specialisation, or a Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the British curriculum framework.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to student development and professional growth.
Salary: AED 5,000–8,000/month (Estimated) | Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE
