Candidate Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the respective trade
- Experience working in offices, villas, or commercial shops is preferred
- Familiarity with Dubai safety and building regulations
- Ability to handle tasks under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Prior UAE experience is preferred
