How do I write a resume for a job?

Now let me just show you where the recruiters eyes go through. This is based on research that has been done. They looked at many different data points. And tracked different recruiters work and so this is what they discovered. where they scan in that seconds is what it’s basically the name and education very quickly. where they’re the what the degrees and where they went to school. Then what the recent job is. if it’s an internship and then before that what was the jobs that this person did.

The eye is basically going to scan the title and the length of time of your experience. So the name, education the name of the degree and the school. Then the names of the companies that you have worked. And the length of time that you worked at those companies.

Now after that of course once you make that screen then comes all the important stuff. that how it’s critical to make sure that every single bullet point is optimized. And then putting in numbers and data to support what you’re saying so after that screen.

What is a good objective for a resume?

Then good objective for a resume. what their eyes are going to scan exactly as the stuff’s like you know they increased something good by X percent so good things to increase are things like sales and revenues and customer satisfaction scores. Also, the Bad things to decrease our costs and inventory turns and customer complaints.

So all your resume bullets should start with very strong verbs such as “lead“, “drove“, “tracked“, “launched“, “developed“, “implemented“, “increased“, “doubled“.

Here, for example, a person has “doubled” animal sales volume to two million and “expanded” coverage from 5000 to 12000 clients for a key product like …so an so or let the “development” of an education campaign to raise awareness of….(etc) “targeting” 200-plus clients across the United States or “draw” of key parts of a strategy to increase……

Here I just very quickly gave you some examples. But as you can tell there are enough numbers here. And that is popping out. There are percentage signs, there are hard numbers, there are dollar signs, millions of something, five million or something…
