UAE Exchange Jobs Description 2022
UAE Exchange LLC, is one of the largest exchange houses in the Middle East with a global network companies. The company is a pioneer in the field of retail money transfer services with a worldwide network of branches, agents and associates in over 70 countries. Our UK Operations is currently looking for Branch Head for its Ilford branch. The position will handle the branch operations, business development & will lead the team working at the branch.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute activities to meet/exceed the branch laid down targets & manage the operational budget of the branch.
• Manage the operational risks at the branch and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the branch operates within laid down operational policies, processes and procedures and compliance to local regulation, AML policies and procedures.
• Conduct marketing activities to promote branch and its products.
• Manage, drive and asses staff productivity and performance improvements
Job Requirements:
• Experience of 5 – 6 years in medium / large organisation with at least 1 – 2 years in a supervisor role. Preferably from a retail / banking environment. Worked in a multi-branch retail environment.
• Ability to handle teams.
• Concepts of budgeting, management accounts and cost management.
Qualification & Experience:
• Qualified to minimum graduate levels.
